Manufacturing CAPABILITY
Saint-Lin, France
The TLD Saint-Lin Facility is located between Bordeaux and Tours, in the south-west of France and manufactures passenger stairs, belt loaders, baggage tractors, ground power units, lavatory and water trucks, loaders and cargo transporters, as well as the PFA-25 air-transportable military air cargo loader.
The site occupies 30,000 sqm (323,000 sq.ft) of manufacturing and warehousing facilities.
Shanghai, China
The TLD Shanghai facility is located in China’s Yangtse Delta area, in the east of the city. The facility manufactures passenger stairs, ground power units, baggage belt loaders, maintenance platforms, and catering trucks.
The site covers 35,293 sqm (379,894 sq.ft), including dedicated workshop, service, R&D and office buildings.
Wuxi, Jiangsu, China
The TLD Wuxi facility is located in Jiangsu Province approximately 130km west of Shanghai.
TLD Wuxi assembles cargo loaders, conventional aircraft tractors, JST baggage tractors, and lavatory and water trucks.
The Wuxi facility has two buildings – phase one was opened in 2012 which covers 10,500 sqm (113,021 sq.ft), including over 1,600 sqm (17,222 sq.ft) of office area, and phase two was opened in 2015 which covers 8300 sqm (89,340 sq.ft), including over 1,200 sqm (12,917 sq.ft) of offices.
Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada
The TLD Sherbrooke facility, located in the city’s industrial estate, designs and assembles cargo loaders (7.5t to 36t), baggage tractors, belt loaders and conventional tractors.
TLD Sherbrooke also manufacture the famous military PFA-50 air transportable, self-propelled aircraft cargo loader; as well as the DBL, the largest aircraft loader in the world, designed to handle aircraft fuselage sections or entire wings.
The factory site occupies 41,000 sqm (346,000 sq.ft) of land with a newly extended 15,300 sqm (165,000 sq.ft) state of the art manufacturing building and test facility.
Sorigny, France
The TLD Sorigny factory is located in the Loire Valley in central France.
Built in 2014, the facility produces high performance aircraft tractors (conventional and towbarless) and the Taxibot, revolutionary dispatch towing vehicle.
The newly erected buildings cover 7,000 sqm (74,347 sq.ft) on 80,000 sqm (861,113 sq.ft) of land making it one of the largest industrial TLD facility’s in the group.
Windsor, Connecticut, USA
The TLD Windsor facility is located in the high technology corridor of central Connecticut.
Easy access to transportation routes, local airports and a skilled workforce make this an excellent location for the aviation industry.
The TLD Windsor facility manufactures ground power units, air conditioners, air start units and specialized military cooling units.
The 8.46 hectare (20.9 Acre) site houses a 5,000 sqm (54,000 sq.ft) manufacturing facility, 4,600 sqm (50,000 sq.ft) of warehousing and a 1,250 sqm (13,500 sq.ft) test facility.
Kempston, Bedford, UK
The TLD UK facility is located in Kempston, 50 miles north of London and offers easy access to the capital as well as major travel corridors and international airports. The site benefitted from a comprehensive refurbishment and expansion program when procured in 2019.
The factory manufactures a wide range of Ground Power Units (GPUs) for the group, including the latest battery powered GPU-409-iBS model.
The 8,145 sqm (87,670 sq.ft) site includes 1,725 sqm (18,568 sq.ft) office space over two floors and 2,500 sqm (26,910 sq.ft) production and warehouse space.
Boise, Idaho, USA
Boise, Idaho is the location of the 2nd USA TLD facility and designs, manufactures and distributes a wide range of general Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for the group.
The Boise factory is also home to the famous JetGo brand of Ground Power Units (GPUs) used at FBOs, MROs and airports around the world.
The expansive site includes several buildings, totalling 25,000 sqm (26,9100 sq.ft) dedicated to manufacturing, stores and finished products.
Frameries, Hainaut, Belgium
The TLD Frameries facility is situated in Belgium, 50 miles south of Brussels.
The offices have recently had a comprehensive renovation carried out to streamline and facilitate its increased production of Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) and Air-Conditioning Units (PCU).
The site covers 22,000 sqm (236,806 sq.ft) and includes a 3750 sqm (40370 sq. ft) workshop and 1800 sqm (19,380 sq.ft) warehouse and office buildings.
Nelamangala, Karnataka, India
TLD-MAINI is located in Nelamangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
GSE products manufactured at this site include the JET 16, NBTe, NBL, GPU and PV 90-4.
The premises is spread over 16,500 sqm (1,77,540 sqft) which includes a mix of manufacturing factories and office blocks.
