The 929-S is a self-propelled, heavy-duty, dual-platform loader designed for transferring containers and pallets weighing up to 20,000 kg (44,000 lbs). This loader complies with emission requirements worldwide with engine T3, T4F and Stage 5 available. Furthermore, it is compatible with 178 cm (70"), 254 cm (100"), and 356 cm (140") aircraft doors. This heavy-duty loader can service the following aircraft models: Lower Lobe: 747, 767, 777, 787, DC-10, MD-11, A300, A310, A330, A340, A350, IL76 Main Deck: 737, 747, 757, 767, 777*, 787, A300, A310, A320, A330, A340, A380, BAE-146, DC-10, MD-11. It comes with outstanding standard safety features that ensure the safety of the operator and the aircraft, such as ASD system (Aircraft Safe Docking). The diagnostic display allows for a quick analysis of the unit, enabling efficient maintenance through continuous monitoring of various loader parameters. TLD's grasshopper lifting design offers a streamlined deck layout, reducing congestion and load collisions compared to traditional chain-over-post systems and ensures stable elevator operation. Combin with the height adjustment function chassis feature, the elevator height can be adjusted to match the dollies' transfer height, optimizing cycle times. TLD's use of Flat Top Chains provides a highly reliable transfer system that is unaffected by friction coefficients, water, or icy conditions.
