ABT-NB-E

The ABT-NB-E is a reliable, maintenance free and solar powered electrical towable aircraft passenger boarding stair dedicated to a mid-sized operation. It is designed to service aircraft with doorsill heights between 2000 and 3800mm at remote stands. The solar panels permanently charge the maintenance free battery, so in most case no additional back-up charging is required. The stair assembly is mounted on a towable chassis and consists of a parallelogram flight. The stair can be tilted by electrical actuator to achieve the best elevation in its working range. Four straight down type electrical actuators located at front and rear to provide maximum stability. Unit is oil free. Front tow bar control head links with the Ackerman steering axle, rear axle is directly driven by the electrical motor which allows final positioning with one single operator easily.
